Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,
PROMULGATES:
The Ordinance on the Plant Protection and Quarantine,
which was passed on July 25, 2001 by the Standing Committee of the Xth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
