DECISION
ON SUPPLEMENTING APPENDIX 3- THE REGULATION ON GRANTING OF CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN FOR VIETNAM GOODS – FORM D TO ENJOY PREFERENCES ACCORDING TO THE "AGREEMENT ON COMMON EFFECTIVE PREFERENTIAL TARIFF PROGRAM FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ASEAN FREE TRADE AREA"
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 29/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 11/2005/QD-TTg dated January 12, 2005 of the Prime Minister issuing the Regulation on Lao Bao Special Trade-Economic Zone, Quang Tri province and Circular No. 10/2005/TT-BTM dated May 16, 2005 of the Minister of Trade guiding the implementation of a number of articles related to the trade activities stipulated in the Regulation on the Lao Bao Special Trade-Economic Zone, Quang Tri province issued together with the above Decision;
Pursuant to Decision No. 130/2005/QD-TTg dated June 2, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Lao Bao Special Trade-Economic Zone, Quang Tri province;
Pursuant to Decision No. 05/2006/QD-BTM dated January 25, 2006 of the Ministry of Trade on the authorization of implementation of a number of tasks for the Lao Bao Special Trade-Economic Zone;
At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.
To supplement the Appendix 3 – Regulation on granting of certificate of origin of Vietnam goods – form D to enjoy preferences according to the "Agreement on Common Effective Preferential Tariff program for establishment of ASEAN free trade area" issued together with Decision No. 1420/2004/QD-BTM dated October 4, 2004 of the Ministry of Trade as follows:

To supplement the Management Board of Lao Bao Special Trade-Economic Zone, code 64.
Article 2.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in CONG BAO.
Article 3.
The Director of the Import-Export Department, Directors, Heads of the concerned agencies of the Ministry of Trade, other concerned organizations and individuals shall have to implement this Decision.
